Brionna Smith is the founder of Bluebonnet Therapy, a practice rooted in the belief that every person deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care.
With training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Brionna brings warmth, expertise and genuine care to each session. She specializes in working with teens, individuals and couples — helping them navigate life's challenges from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and major life transitions.
Brionna's approach is collaborative and strengths-based. She meets each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences while guiding them toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
